Team GB Athletes' Village, Olympic Park
As seen from Image
Looking across the temporary buildings for the 2012 Olympic Games.
Was host to many Olympians with Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals.
These blocks of accommodation will later be re-developed into social housing for the area. Called Stratford New Town.

Arriving at Stratford International
Docklands Light Railway unit number 29 slows to enter the platform. It is working with two other units making up a six car train. On its next journey it will travel to Woolwich Arsenal.

DLR and Network Rail, Stratford International
The lines to the left emerge from Stratford International DLR station; those on the right emerge from a shallow tunnel and are Network Rail lines linking the North London Line with the Great Eastern line up the Lea Valley - presumably used primarily by freight, and in former times by trains to/from the large Temple Mills depot (now used by Eurostar).
