Seen from Carpenters footbridge, the building, when finished, will comprise of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments but they have all been sold http://www.telfordhomes.plc.uk/stratfordplaza/ Beyond the building is the Image and the Westfield Shopping Centre building.

Olympian Tower, Stratford
A new 26 storey development beside Stratford Station.
Although this undoubtedly is a "Tower Block" in purely descriptive terms, that name carries a degree of negativity that seems inappropriate for a shiny new place like this.
I've tagged it Apartment Building, but that doesn't quite hit the mark either.

Blobs and a Bus
This colourful shoal of whatever answers the question Robert Lamb asked in his 2012 picture Image showing the support structure being erected.
A lot of design effort has gone into the surroundings here to put a bit of interest into what could otherwise be just a boring transport interchange.
