Seen from Carpenters footbridge, the building, when finished, will comprise of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments but they have all been sold http://www.telfordhomes.plc.uk/stratfordplaza/ Beyond the building is the Image and the Westfield Shopping Centre building.
