The O2 seen across the River Thames
This view is from the end of Prime Meridian Walk, not far from East India DLR station. Being on the bend in the river it provides fine views, both upriver and downriver. Immediately across the river, in front of the O2, is the sculpture of part of a ship known as 'A Slice of Reality' - see https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2358131

Brunswick Wharf Power Station
This picture was taken from TQ392811 which was where I was working at the time. The Financial Times building now occupies the power station site (more or less). This area has changed almost beyond recognition over the past 20 years
