This view is from the end of Prime Meridian Walk, not far from East India DLR station. Being on the bend in the river it provides fine views, both upriver and downriver. Immediately across the river, in front of the O2, is the sculpture of part of a ship known as 'A Slice of Reality' - see https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2358131
