Every year this garden centre on the outskirts of the town puts on a different and impressive display of illuminated Christmas decorations. Inside is equally festive with a grotto and Father Christmas attending on many days. But he's now gone back to the North Pole for a well-earned rest!

Old Rose & Crown, public house, Worcester Road
The last remaining public house in Worcester Road, this is in fact right on the edge of the town. A busy and popular pub with a good size car park. Not to be confused with The Old Crown in the town centre (or Ye Olde Crown as J.D. Wetherspoon now call it).
