Old Milestone by the A456, Long Bank, Bewdley Parish
Carved stone post by the A456, in parish of Bewdley (Wyre Forest District), 20yds East of St Johns Lane, in hedge, on North side of road. Erected by the Welch Gate (District of Bewdley) turnpike trust in the 19th century.
Inscription reads:-

Old Milestone by the A456, Long Bank, Bewdley Parish
The milestone is located 20yds east of St Johns Lane, in the hedge, on the north side of road. Carved stone post, erected by the Welch Gate (District of Bewdley) turnpike trust in the 19th century.
Inscription reads: BEWDLEY / 2 MILES / CLEOBURY / 6 MILES
