Lodges and gateway of Lea Castle
This castellated gatehouse and lodges date from the early 19th century and were the entrance to Lea Castle, described in Pevsner as 'a large irregular pile built for John Knight c.1812-16, almost certainly by 'architectural antiquary' John Carter'. The house was demolished in 1945. These lodge and gatehouse are Grade II listed, see:https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1296589

Lea Hall Castle or maybe just a gatehouse?
This gatehouse was the entrance to Lea Castle. The mansion was built by local ironmaster Edward Knight in 1818 but was sadly pulled down in 1945. It is a prominent landmark for users of the A449 between Wolverhampton and Kidderminster.

Elan pipeline syphon building
The Elan pipeline cuts through the middle of Cookley - the route is easy to follow because it has not been built on. This is facing east, back towards Iverley.
