Wolfeton Riding House
One of the oldest surviving riding schools in England, dating from the late 16th century, and of considerable architectural importance. The Grade II-listed property is the oldest surviving riding house in England.
The restoration project is being carried out by The Wolfeton Riding House (Charitable Trust) and had received support from a number of different bodies.
The now completed first phase of the project included consolidating the walls, opening blocked windows, reinstating the attic floor and initial repairs to the stonework.
Work is now underway on phase two, which involves repairing and recovering the roof.
