Leafy track: Fishings Lane
A footpath runs along the track, and there was just room to squeeze past the gates.
However just past these gates, going in the opposite direction towards the River Torne, I was accosted by two aggressive dogs, reminiscent of Jonathan Thacker's visit in 2011 (Image), except that I was left to fend them off by myself. In fact they were so nasty there was no chance to take a photo of them. Clearly visitors are not welcome on this path.
