Pilgrims Memorial, Immingham
A memorial to the departure of the Pilgrim Fathers from Immingham Creek to Holland in 1608, stands in Pilgrims Park, Immingham, opposite St. Andrews Church. The memorial was originally placed at the mouth of Immingham Creek in 1924, but due to the expansion of Immingham Docks, it was moved to its present site in 1970.

Pilgrim Fathers Memorial, Immingham
In a small public park close to St Andrew's Church, the memorial was originally sited at Immingham Creek in 1924 and moved to its current position in May 1970. An inscription on its base reads: "From this creek The Pilgrim Fathers left England in 1608 in search of religious liberty. The granite top stone was taken from Plymouth Rock, Mass and presented by the Sulgrave Institution of USA. This memorial was erected by the Anglo American Society of Hull 1924." It was re-dedicated on 20 July 2008, to mark the 400th anniversary of The Separatists (later known as The Pilgrim Fathers) leaving England from Immingham to Leiden, Holland. When the community wanted a land of their own, they set sail in 1620 across the Atlantic ocean...

Memorial to the Pilgrim Fathers off Church Lane, south of St Andrews Church. An inscription on the base reads: "From this creek the Pilgrim Fathers first left England in 1608 in search of religious liberty. During the expansion of Immingham docks in May 1970 the memorial was removed from its original site on Immingham Creek and placed here on the green.
