Theft from shops around the area of the Civic Centre are continuing.

Actions taken to date include:
Contact details for all store managers obtained to allow easier direct communication with them.
High visibility presence at affected stores.
The number of shop thefts has remained similar – most have occurred at Home Bargains.
All stores were invited to attend a drop-in organised by the Local Policing team on several dates so local crime trends, security, better cooperation between stores and police etc. Unfortunately the attendance was 0 over all dates offered. could be discussed

The illegal use of motorcycles on the roads, public footpaths and fields is a national issue which is once again on the increase in the Immingham area.

Actions taken to date include:
Ongoing high visibility at repeat locations.
Engagement with the community and reporting parties of incidents.
Pop lite (operational log of issue) updated with all relevant reports of nuisance motorbike reports.
Days of action are regularly considered with other teams to tackle this issue, though there have been few reports made recently with activity due to take place in the new year.

The illegal use of motorcycles on the roads, public footpaths and fields is a national issue which is once again on the increase in the Immingham area.

Actions taken to date include:
There were eight reports of the illegal riding of motorbikes over the last month or so, mainly on the old resource centre playing fields.
A section 59 warning will be issued to two riders who have been identified.
A meeting has been held with LHP, Immingham and ward councilors, and local residents, along with a site visit to some of the problem areas, to look at the possibility of making it more difficult for this type of behavior to take place.
Plans for funding are being considered by agencies for motorbike inhibitors and possibly a rapid deployment camera, to both prevent this type of behaviour, and identify those responsible.

Stallingborough Industrial Estate is the location predominantly being targeted for siphoning, and vehicle crime. There have been numerous crimes committed within that area, however it has not just been limited to this area, with other acquisitive crime happening on the outskirts of Immingham, in layby's and within Habrough.

The local policing team will adopt a positive approach in terms of vehicle and person stop searches within the areas on late shifts. Officers will engage with the local business community with a view to carry out target hardening and crime prevention.

Local officers are working to identify and target those involved.

Also to ensure they are signed up to Humberside Police keyholder register so if something is happening on their premise, Police can gain access for the purpose of crime prevention and detection.
Nominals have been seen to be using motorbikes and ATV’s (which are also probably stolen vehicles) to commit some offences.
