Side of the Richard Greenhow Centre
This is the south facing side of the building which faces west to Central Avenue. It houses a Community Centre, Function Hall, 3 Meeting Rooms, ICT Room, Day Centre for the Elderly, Library, Fitness Equipment, Kitchen and Bar Facilities. The building was formerly named The Institute, and was a club and recreation centre for munitions workers in HM Factory, Gretna. It was built in 1916.

Registration Office, Gretna Green
Located in Central Avenue, the office was opened in 1991 and was then extended in 1997. The building was designed by Peter Nelson and his team from Architectural Services, Dumfries. His inspiration came from oriental concepts and the work of Charles Rennie Mackintosh.
The office handles more than 3,500 weddings each year, with the marriage trade generating business worth some £21m to local businesses.

Cinema - Gretna Garden City
The 750 seat cinema opened on 23rd September 1916 for the up to 30000 residents of Gretna and Springfield. The original roof ventilators are particularly industrial.
Latest use was as a Bingo Hall. Regeneration plans consider replacement of part or all of the building with retail or office space suggested.
