It is situated on the corner of Julian Road, from where this photo was taken. The board belongs to the estate agents Barnet Ross, from whose website I discovered that the building was once a care home. As the board indicates, it was to be sold at auction. It was sold at auction for £325,000 having been advertised with a guide price of £295,000 http://www.barnettross.co.uk/details_display_order.php?adate=201402&page=17.html&id=4870361&displayOrder=17
