Also known as the 50p Building, formerly the NLA Tower or Threepenny bit building. It was designed by Seifert & Partners and completed in 1970. 'NLA' stood for 'Noble Lowndes Annuities'. It is Britain's 88th tallest tower.

Croydon: Addiscombe Road
A tram heads eastbound at the beginning of Addiscombe Road. In the present day, Addiscombe Road starts at East Croydon Station, but in past years, the whole of what is now called George Street, was part of Addiscombe Road, so in those days, it began at the junction with North End and High Street, by the Whitgift Hospital.
