St Paul, Croham Road
Designed by Charles Henman, who also did Croydon Town Hall, in 1905. Built of red brick with stone dressings and a pretty spirelet. The church hall on the left, with its bellcote, was built in 1909. Grade II listed.
The tree on the extreme right might be a Wellingtonia.

Art Deco bungalow on Croham Road, South Croydon
This is very similar to where I live, except detached and not whitewashed but the same basic plan. The underground garage is a bonus, mine is down a shared drive.
