Six Mile Bottom: former railway station
Passengers last alighted in 1967, but the platforms remain. The two-storey section was once the station-master's house. The whole building is now a private house.

A1304 approaching Six Mile Bottom level crossing
The closed passenger station and the general goods station were east of the road (to the right). There was a cattle dock and sidings on the west of the road behind the white house. I cannot find out if this was ever a railway house.
