Stinkpipe (uncatalogued) in Halifax Road
This cast-iron stench pole, like many in and around Cambridge, was made by the Black Country foundry of Ham Baker but has sadly lost its crown finial (for a nearby example with the finial intact, see Image). The notice high up on the pole announces that the area forms part of a Neighbourhood Watch zone.

On Halifax Road
The turn to the right leads to Huntingdon Road. Behind the camera Halifax Road joins Richmond Road.
The pale-green sewer vent pipe has lost its coronet top, but retains its decorative cast-iron base (hidden by the nearest car). Like many stinkpipes in Cambridge, it was supplied by Ham Baker, whose maker's plate is fixed to the base.
