No 183 Old Holywood Road, Belfast (May 2018)
The entrance to a detached house which is not visible from the road. The “for sale” sign has an “agreed” patch. The agent described it as “Excellent red brick detached residence in need of refurbishment . . . . Possible site for replacement dwelling (subject to necessary planning consents)”. I have no connection with the property or the sale and cannot enter into correspondence.
