The agents’ description includes “Neill Estate Agents is proud to present to the market, this unique new development of four only turnkey Detached Villas, situated just off the Upper Newtownards Road, Dundonald. The first two houses are approx 1050-1100 sq ft. with integral garages and the next two houses are approximately 950-1000 sq ft. All offer three bedrooms, with a further office room and an en-suite shower room to the first two properties.” I have no connection with the development and cannot enter into correspondence.
