1GL Boltmark, Emmanuel Parish church
As part of the municipal centre of Weston, Emmanuel church occupies an important site. This benchmark is evidence of that as it is from the first Geodetic Levelling of Britain in the mid 1800's. Emmanuel Church
Designed by Bath architects Manners and Gill. The church was built in 1847. Internally altered in 1978. Local landowner Richard Parsley gave the land to build the church.

Weston-super-Mare Town Hall
Viewed across Walliscote Road. The Grade II listed building was begun in the late 1850s, extended and enlarged in 1897.
