Pond at North End Farm
Bit too small for the boat in the yard of the farm but large enough for these two geese. Much of the pond is still frozen evident by the feathers of the birds strewn around the surface to the left of the small island. Taken from the footpath that links Cuckfield Road with High Hatch Lane.

Boat at North End Farm
The footpath leaves Cuckfield Road and goes through the middle of North End Farm then stops. Took me a couple of minutes to realise that I had to duck down under the stern of the boat parked in the yard to find the gate to continue the journey. The path itself links Cuckfield Road to High Hatch Lane.
