Taken from the footpath that runs from Hazeldens Nurseries to Albourne church. The hedge at the top of the slope marks the course of the lane.

The name of the field according to Albourne's 1840 tithe map that drops down towards Cutler's Brook and is shared by two other nearby fields, see Image and Image The name suggests the site of a former water mill that existed here during the 16th century.
