Patcham Court Farmhouse
Located on the corner of Vale Avenue and Church Hill the former farmhouse dates from the 17th century though it has been extended and restored since then. The farm itself is of some antiquity and was acquired by the council in 1925.

Located to the rear of Image the building, like the farmhouse, dates from the 17th century and has walls that are three feet thick and inside contain 550 nesting boxes.

The Village Barn, Patcham
Formerly a 250 foot long tithe barn belonging to Patcham Court Farm. The building dates from the 17th century and was scheduled to be demolished in the 1950s but was reprieved and served as the home to an agricultural merchants until the mid 1980s when it was converted into a number of dwellings.
