Formerly a 250 foot long tithe barn belonging to Patcham Court Farm. The building dates from the 17th century and was scheduled to be demolished in the 1950s but was reprieved and served as the home to an agricultural merchants until the mid 1980s when it was converted into a number of dwellings.
