Southbourne, development site
At the corner of Marine and Belle Vue Roads. Another solid house shortly to bite the dust, to be replaced, according to a sign, by "eight two bedroom, luxury contemporary style flats". Seemingly the future for all larger old properties locally, or as retirement homes.
