Westbourne: postbox № BH2 100, Queen?s Road
This Elizabeth II-reign postbox stands outside a small row of shops in Queen’s Road and is emptied finally at 5:30pm on weekdays and at noon on Saturdays.
There was a post office in Queen’s Road from the 1910s but it closed around the Second World War. It would have been in one of these shops but not necessarily the one that the box stands directly outside, because obviously an E-II-R box would not have been there then!

Bournemouth, All Hail Ale
Micro-pub on Queens Road, opened October 2017; single room, with bar right, and drinking area front, left & back; subdued colours, and a peaceful environment. Five cask ales were on offer at my visit, with a selection of "craft" beers. https://www.facebook.com/AllHailAle.uk/

Pub on Queens Road, opposite the site of Bournemouth West Railway Station. Internally, curving bar with two curving drinking/eating areas to left and right; pool, TV, slot machines, beer garden.
