Old Milestone in High Street, Swanage
Carved stone post by the UC road, in parish of SWANAGE (PURBECK District), High Street, between Bell Street and Steer Road, set into pavement against garden wall, on South side of road. Dorset 2 (limestone), erected by the Wareham (North, South & West Branches) turnpike trust in the 19th century.

Herston, The Globe
Welcoming pub on Bell Street; stone-built, with back bar and drinking & eating space to front, divided into four areas; TV, background music, darts, pool, with some exposed stonework and stone floors, open fire and garden. Herston: postbox № BH19 74, High Street
This George V-reign postbox is topped with a Post Office direction sign that has seen better days. It stands outside Image and has final collections at 5:15pm on weekdays and noon on Saturdays.
