Carved stone post by the UC road, in parish of SWANAGE (PURBECK District), High Street, between Bell Street and Steer Road, set into pavement against garden wall, on South side of road. Dorset 2 (limestone), erected by the Wareham (North, South & West Branches) turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription once read:- (Wareham) (10) Milestone Society National ID: DO_WASW10
