A rather striking new multi-storey car park in a bit of town that has seen much recent development, replacing some police and social services headquarters buildings with mainly student accommodation for the town's universities.

Bournemouth: AUB student accommodation in Madeira Road
The Madeira Road halls of residence were completed in September 2014 and are part of the Arts University Bournemouth (AUB), whereas most of the student blocks hereabouts belong to Bournemouth University.

Bournemouth: new buildings alongside the by-pass
Construction work is well underway on these buildings alongside the Town Centre By-Pass as we look along it from Lansdowne Road. The first, coloured building appears to be a car park while the whole development I believe is something to do with the University.
