Notice at Castle Cary station, 1963
The notice actually refers to the standpipe and tap in the toilets rather than the urinals themselves. I have always wondered who decided on the wording. The notice conforms to the standard Great Western Railway format using cut-out wooden letters on a board, and is therefore likely to have come from a centralised production unit rather than being made up locally.

Main entrance to Castle Cary railway station
From the A371 Station Road, about a mile (1.6km) from the town centre. There is also a footpath entrance to the opposite side of the station, at the end of a long path from Ansford. A label on the ticket machine states that cash is not accepted - card payments only.

Castle Cary railway station, Somerset, 1984
Opened in 1856 on the Great Western Railway's line from Westbury to Yeovil. View east at the main building. The platform was later lengthened and the signalling updated. The semaphore signals shown here were on an unusually short post so they could be seen beneath the footbridge.
