The notice actually refers to the standpipe and tap in the toilets rather than the urinals themselves. I have always wondered who decided on the wording. The notice conforms to the standard Great Western Railway format using cut-out wooden letters on a board, and is therefore likely to have come from a centralised production unit rather than being made up locally.
