2008 : Babington Road Bridge
The geograph in Image] was taken from this bridge. Phil Williams tells us there are plans to reopen this line. The rails are still in place for a single track.

Mid-day walkers
A view looking to the northwest from the bridge over the old railway, as two walkers make use of the footpath/cycleway alongside the currently disused rail line. There are plans to re-open this section of line from Radstock to Mells Road, joining the mineral line to Frome.

2009 : An alternative use for baled straw
Silage is also baled up this way but cannot imagine any farmer using valuable silage to block a field entrance.

2008 : Collier's Way cycleway
Seen from the former railway bridge near Cornish's Grave. One track of rails is still there waiting for someone to take an interest in re-opening the line, meanwhile the route is being put to good use.

Cornish's Grave bridge
Once the old colliers' line saw trains running along the tracks but today is now National Cycle Network Route 24. A projecting bracket can be found low down on the corner of the wall to the left of shot - see Image
