Benchmark on a quiet railway bridge
A common cutmark, as listed in the Benchmark Database: http://www.bench-marks.org.uk/bm57379 , on the base of a bridge at the end of Willow Vale. It appears to be a post-war replacement for a couple of marks that were around this bridge but which were subsequently lost over time. See Image] for a wider view.
