Our Lady Help of Christians, Kitts Green: interior looking towards the south transept
This view of the 1967 Catholic church by Richard Gilbert Scott shows the sanctuary with sacristy behind, underneath the high timber-framed crossing that is supported by curving vaults of reinforced concrete. The clerestory glass is by John Chrestien.

Catholic Church of Our Lady Help of Christians
Church building of the Catholic parish of Kitts Green/Tile Cross, located on East Meadway, opposite the shopping precinct and now next to Lidl. It was built in 1966-7 https://taking-stock.org.uk/building/kitts-green-our-lady-help-of-christians/ to a design by Richard Gilbert Scott of the famous Scott dynasty of architects. Its roof, with its dramatic curving sweeps of ribbed, serrated trusses made from reinforced concrete faced with copper, is a local landmark. R G Scott also designed the nearby Catholic church in Sheldon, but he considered this design to be the better of the two https://gilbertscott.org/our-lady-help-of-christians-church/ .

Vestibule, Our Lady Help of Christians, Kitts Green
We are looking out of the main entrance towards the perimeter wall and hedge that separate the church from the busy main road, Meadway. The vestibule is roofed with serrated trusses of reinforced concrete and has more glass by John Chrestien, rather obscured by clutter. See the listing at Historic England on this remarkable church https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1245546 .
