Derelict Crossways Court, ex The Crossways Pub.
The Crossways pub was empty for some time before being converted into flats. They, in turn, are now derelict leaving a prominent building on a major crossroads looking an eyesore.

Perry Common Public Library
Built in 1934 for the City Council, and Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101109946-the-public-library-kingstanding-ward#.W6eDi9QrLGg in 1988. The listing details state that its "interior survives remarkably completely...a deceptively elaborate and complete example of a 1930s public library. The art deco entrance hall and number of surviving original fittings are most unusual."

Meeting place for all - Perry Common, Birmingham
On the right is the Perry Common Community Hall in Witton Lodge Road, owned and run by the Witton Lodge Community Association.
