Perry Common Public Library

Image: © Richard Law Taken: 9 Aug 2018

Built in 1934 for the City Council, and Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101109946-the-public-library-kingstanding-ward#.W6eDi9QrLGg in 1988. The listing details state that its "interior survives remarkably completely...a deceptively elaborate and complete example of a 1930s public library. The art deco entrance hall and number of surviving original fittings are most unusual."
