'Hawthorns' 10 Sir Harry's Road, Edgbaston
Currently undergoing some restoration work, Hawthorns was built around 1855; it is described in its 1982 Grade II listing https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101076148-hawthorns-edgbaston-ward#.XfZRjOj7Tcs & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1076148 as "A particularly ornate and well preserved example of a Calthorpe Estate Villa."

Realistically, it's no 7 that's visible here, with no 6 in a similar but paired style offshot to the left. No 6 has had a little more work done around the front doorway, whilst no 7 here is pretty much as built.
