Built in the mid 19th century (c. 1850-55) in red brick with stucco Italianate details. The house was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101076147-9-sir-harrys-road-b15-edgbaston-ward#.XfZTcOj7Tcs & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1076147 in 1982.
