Climbing Wall and Canal
Alongside Grand Union Canal, approaching Tyseley, is the Ackers Trust, in which the scaffolding can be found providing a climbing wall for the more adventuous amongst us.

Ackers Trust climbing tower
Just to prove that you CAN climb in the middle of the city Image, this is the climbing tower in the grounds of the Ackers Trust; it holds routes from 'pretty straightforward' to British 6b (i.e. 'pretty hard'), and is also used to teach abseiling technique.
