Former Stable Block? Bush Hall, Mill Green
The main building in the picture is clearly part of the Bush Hall Hotel complex (see Image) and would appear to be converted stables. The awning covers the entrance to the hotel's function rooms – which are behind the hotel in the adjacent grid square.

Mill Stream behind Bush Hall, Mill Green
A mill was first recorded in this area in the Domesday book and there were later a number built along the River Lea. A mill stream runs behind Bush Hall Image, and can be seen disappearing under a building which I assume is a former mill – after running beside what looks like a converted stable block.
