Welwyn Garden City: The Two Willows
This is The Two Willows public house in Howardsgate, formerly the Cork and before that a bank. The pub owners courted controversy in 2013 when, after its latest refurbishment, it was due to be named after Sir Ebenezer Howard, the founder of Welwyn Garden City, only to be informed that said gentleman abstained from alcohol and took a dim view of those who didn’t...!

Welwyn Garden City: The Coronation Fountain (1)
The fountain was installed in the middle of the Parkway boulevard at its junction with Howardsgate in 1953 to celebrate the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. (From a Geograph point of view the 213000 Northing grid line almost exactly bisects the fountain so here's one view looking south in this grid square and here's another Image in Image looking north.)
