Welwyn Garden City: Woodhall Parade
The unattractive eyesore with the faded yellow roof and the wonky spire next to the recycling bins has, I would speculate, been an early four-sided version of an electronically illuminated advertising sign with the panels long since gone. It is now just used as a litter bin.
