The original sandstone school building from 1839 designed by Archibald Simpson with later additions and A-listed (LH94943): http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB34943 (thanks to the person who installed the 'swimming pool' road sign right in front of it). According to the school website, the building is still very much in use and serves the music, drama and home economics departments. The narrow arch leads to Huntly Castle.
