Three listed structures for the price of one here. First there is the front of the Manor House built around 1771 to 1772 to, it is thought, the designs of Richard Jupp. In 1796 it was bought by Francis Baring, the founder of Baring's Bank. Eventually it passed into the hands of the local council and now serves as Lee Public Library. It is Grade II* Listed. Then there are the rusticated stone gate piers, and finally the K2 telephone kiosk designed by Giles Gilbert Scott.
