Entrance to Valeo Confectionery Limited, York
Entrance on Lower Poppleton Road, this is one of six production sites belonging to Valeo, all in the North of England. It is the 4th largest manufacturer of sweets and confectionery in the United Kingdom. Formerly Tangerine and Toms.

On the western fringes of York, between Valeo Confectionery Factory and the A59 Boroughbridge Road. Signs indicate that the public should keep out - despite this, it seems a favourite destination for local dog walkers.
