The 'Beefeater' originally known as The Crown
One of the features of the modern pub and eatery chains is the disappearance of the familiar and long established pub names. This pub on the Wergs Road was originally The Crown.
Now back to The Crown in 2016 but no riff-raff! Image

Wergs Road near Wolverhampton
This is the A41 between Albrighton and Wolverhampton. Wergs Hall Road goes off to the left towards Codsall. The Crown Inn is an "up-market" (in the evenings anyway) restaurant which also considers itself to be a pub.

Up-market smart restaurant and "pub" by the A41 Wergs Road ... well their website refers to pub building, and "traditional", but be aware:
"... we operate a casual dress code before 7pm and a smart dress code thereafter. We kindly ask our guests to refrain from wearing items such as sport trainers, football gear, tracksuits, vests and baseball caps."
