Redevelopment work at the old Royal Hospital
Much of the old Royal has been demolished and turned to rubble for recycling, but the main buildings are being spruced up and converted to a Health Centre, shops, apartments, offices and so on. Hence the scaffolding and cladding. There is still much work to be done.
