The Malt Shovel (1), Woodhill Road, Highley, Shrops
A large public house with excellent views from the rear terrace and the beer garden. It is tucked away behind the closed Castle Inn, off Woodhill Road. It is a much altered and extended 17th century former farmhouse and is thought to have been a public house since 1863.
