Footbridge south-east of Chesterton, Shropshire
The footbridge across Stratford Brook has been replaced since Row17s image from 2008 http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/766817 .
The footpath through these woods is muddy and overgrown in some parts. There are two further heavy wooden bridge/walkways crossing boggy ground by two drainage ditches behind the camera.

Footbridge over the Stratford Brook
The land on the far side was distinctly boggy, and the footpath that leads to the southeast of this point proved impossible to find from this end. It's well signposted from the road.

Footpath near Littlegain
These grassy mounds, normally formed or maintained by ant colonies, are a favourite haunt of the Green Woodpecker; one flew off as I approached the field.

Public footpath to Chesterton, Shropshire
The path meanders about here, north of the footbridge, and will be boggy in some places. There are some heavy railway sleeper-type "bridges" across two of the worst parts.

Public footpath to Chesterton, Shropshire
Just behind the camera is a short steep ascent/descent which can be very muddy and slippery. Rudimentary steps have been cut into the sandstone by one hazardous section.
